Eligibility Criteria:

Property Ownership: The applicant must be the legal owner of a residential property in Greece.
Construction Date: The property should have been constructed prior to 1979.
Energy Performance: The property must hold a Certificate of Energy Performance (PEA) rated category C or lower.
Tax Identification: Ownership of a Greek Tax Identification Number (AFM) is required.
Application Procedure:
The grant application process involves the submission of:
A duly filled application form.
A photocopy of the property's title deed.
A photocopy of the PEA.
A photocopy of the AFM.
Receipts or invoices corresponding to the completed renovation works.
Grant Funding:

Special Note for International Applicants:
International property owners lacking an AFM can still qualify for the grant by providing:
A certification from the relevant tax authority indicating the absence of an AFM.
